چکیده
Abstract The paper describes a theoretical study and exploration of authors in the field biomechanics. lung parenchyma is focused, its elastic behaviour under physiological mechanical load, pressure change during breathing. Anatomical view to human respiratory system generally introduced first together with more detailed description alveolus. Then appropriate theory elaborated, aimed on mathematical model establishing, finite element method chosen as resolving tool. computational implementation realized multi physical software based method.
